Ravi, British kora player spent six months in Rio de Janeiro recording with Brazilian musicians. With kora, guitar and voice, Ravi explores some of the styles and rhythms of this vibrant culture. Special guests include legendary clarinetist Paulo Moura; two of Brazil's leading percussionists Armando Marçal and Robertinho Silva and Marlui Miranda, whose spellbinding voice re-creates the atmosphere of the Amazon with songs and sounds of the Brazilian Indians.
