Carousel - The Music of Russia

The St. Petersburg ensemble, founded in 1994, presents the variety of styles and expressions, colours and timbres, Russian folk instruments are capable of. The instrumentation is traditional: balalaika, domra (small lute), balalaika double bass and accordion. Together with two tenors they present a wide repertoire of Russian folk.
